An emotional President-elect Joe Biden said goodbye to his home state of Delaware one day before he's sworn in as the 46th president of the United States. The event took place at the Major Joseph R. 'Beau' Biden III National Guard / Reserve Center located on the New Castle Airport's campus - and the late Beau Biden was on his father's mind.
